in honor of my irish roots (the rest of me is german… very german), i baked the greenest cake of all time, complete with a topping that was, let’s be honest, just an excuse to eat lucky charms. luke had a grand old time helping me as we played disney music all morning & then the sun was shining just bright enough to venture out for a walk in the stroller (first one of the season!) we got back and ate cake and then ate more cake. luke must have thought it was his birthday or something and most of that frosting ended up in his hair.. and mine 🙂 hope you all had a great time celebrating & happy wednesday!
naturally i made rice crispy treats with the left over lucky charms… naturally.
