over the weekend, steve and i got to do an engagement shoot at the very place my parents met 35 years ago. chatfield hollow state park holds a lot of wonderful memories for me of growing up in the park, summer music concerts, and my dad in his park ranger uniform showing my older brother how to use a night stick haha. since our wedding theme kind of just fell into a woodsy theme, we had the idea to do a mini camping shoot. we had the man who set us up, kris orlowski, do the shoot. those images are coming soon, but these pics are the ones steve snapped of me (because he is incapable of going to a shoot without bringing his camera) & i figured i would share them here since i’ve done a complete overhaul on all other social media platforms.

i wanted the shoot to look semi like we actually went camping, so i opted for messy bed head hair & natural looking makeup all done by the amazing Kelly Hart of That Girl
